48-Hour Buyer’s Remorse Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided that no site-specific drawings or custom engineering work has been initiated.

No Refunds After 48 Hours

After the initial 48-hour buyer’s remorse period, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in project scope, financing issues, permitting delays, or customer preference changes.

Non-Refundable Site-Specific Drawings

If a project requires site-specific drawings, custom engineering, or design work, the cost of those services is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing. Once these services have begun or been completed, their associated costs cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Custom Orders

All ARK Custom Builders steel structures are considered custom orders. Once production, engineering, or procurement has begun, the order cannot be canceled and is not eligible for a refund.

Acknowledgment

By submitting payment and placing an order with ARK Custom Builders, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this refund policy.​​

Shed Refund Policy - ARK Custom Builders

Custom-Built Sheds

All custom-built sheds are made to customer specifications. Once construction has begun, no refunds may be given for any reason. Any deposits or payments made toward a custom build are non-refundable after construction starts.

Lot (In-Stock) Sheds

Sheds sold off the lot are considered final sale items. Once the customer accepts delivery, all sales are final and no refunds shall be given. Acceptance includes physical delivery, placement, or written/verbal confirmation of receipt in satisfactory condition.

Order Acceptance

By placing an order or accepting delivery of a shed, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this refund policy.
